All Green Monster Fishing Lights® are 100% warrantied for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. This warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective parts.
If the equipment is defective within the warranty period, Green Monster Fishing Light, Inc. will repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to the purchaser. This warranty does NOT cover bulb breakage, damage to the cables by boat propellers, fishing hooks, anchors, etc. or any act of God such as hurricanes, floods, lightning strikes, etc.
If a product becomes defective under warranty, the purchaser must ship the defective unit back to the manufacturer at the purchaser’s expense for inspection. If the unit is found to be defective, that same unit will be repaired or replaced with a new unit and shipped back to the purchaser at the manufacturer’s expense.
The Purchaser is responsible for all shipping cost for repairs made outside of the 1-year warranty period.
Proof of purchase may be necessary to receive warranty coverage and Green Monster Fishing Light, Inc. reserves the right to deny warranty coverage if the product has been tampered with or misused in any way.
Our warranty is intended to cover Green Monster Fishing Light products when they are used in the manner for which they were originally designed. The use of our products in conjunction with another manufacturer will void the warranty. Like any manufacturer, we cannot be responsible when our products are subjected to misuse, improper installation, misapplication, modification or neglect.
